Today marks the 35th anniversary of Comic Relief. For those of you who don’t know, they are a UK based charity whose mission is to drive positive change through the power of entertainment.
With this in mind, it seemed the obvious thing to do to call one of my oldest school friends and have a good laugh!

Laughter really is the best medicine, especially in lockdown! It can also boost your mind, body and soul. These are the 3 elements which underpin our latest series of podcasts.
With everything that this pandemic has thrown at us, it can sometimes be difficult to see the positives, to make a joke, to laugh or even manage a smile.
My advice to all of My Life In Colour followers is to seek out your friends who really make you laugh. Surround yourself with positivity. Give them a call (like I did) and it will instantly make you feel better!
Laugh with friends and make the world a better place, especially today as we celebrate Red Nose Day 2021.
